CREST

The CREST programs are available to students attending SMMUSD schools. It is an easy way for parents to add more fun to their child's day after school and during spring, summer, and winter breaks. Our highly trained professional staff work with children right at their school site - no travel time or additional coordination required! CREST also partners with school services to cultivate an environment that is inclusive, and that promotes and encourages positive youth character development.

FAQ

How do I request a refund after I’ve already registered?

Requests for a refund must be made in-writing via email at crest@santamonica.gov or in-person at the CREST Youth Office at Virginia Ave Park.

Deadline for In-Writing Refund Requests for Enrichment: The last day to request a refund is within 24 hours after the first class meeting.
Deadline for In-Writing Refund Requests for Camps: The last day to request a refund is 5 calendar days prior to the first camp meeting. Medical documentation will be required if the refund request is submitted within the 5 calendar days prior to the first camp meeting or anytime during the camp session.
Deadline for In-Writing Refund Requests for CREST Club: The last day to request a refund is one month prior to the participant’s withdrawal date. Payments are processed monthly and are applied for the upcoming month. Refunds cannot be pro-rated. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied for future registration.

To receive the refund, download and fill out the Refund/Transfer Request Form and submit via email at crest@santamonica.gov or in-person at the CREST Youth Office at Virginia Avenue Park. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each Enrichment or Camp session refunded.
